B&B Hardwood Flooring, Inc. began in 1993 in a basement in Indianola, Iowa.  Randy Glascock and Boyd Wakeman had a dream to grow their new company into a major flooring firm within 10 years and that dream was realized.

The company, now located at 495 Alice’s Road in Waukee, Iowa, employs 11 full time employees and boasts a beautiful customer/builder showroom that was not possible in the basement in Indianola. 

All installers and finishers are employees of B&B Hardwood Flooring, not subcontractors, and are professionally trained to meet the company’s exacting standards.
